糖尿病视网膜病变激光光凝对角膜内皮的影响

The changes of corneal endothelium after the treatment of diabetic retinopathy by using the 532nm laser

目的观察糖尿病视网膜病变患者行全视网膜光凝对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法用角膜内皮细胞显微镜对532nm激光行糖尿病视网膜病变全视网膜光凝的患眼进行角膜内皮细胞的观察。结果532nm激光全视网膜光凝后14d及21d中央部位及周边6点处角膜内皮细胞的各项检测指标的改变均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论532nm激光行糖尿病视网膜病变全视网膜光凝对角膜内皮细胞造成的损伤没有统计学意义。

Objective To explore the changes of corneal endothelium after the treatment of diabetic retinopathy by using the 532nm laser. Methods Use the corneal endothellum microscope to observe the corneal endothelium of the eyes which had been subjected to the treatment of diabetic retinopathy by using the 532nm laser. Results There was no significant correlation between pre-and postoperative central and 6 o＇ clock periphery of corneal endothelium in 14 and 21 days （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic retinopathy by using the 532mn laser will not do the statistically significant damage to the corneal endothehum.
