过熟期白内障小切口非超声乳化摘除术临床应用观察

Clinical application of the hypermature stage cataract's small incision in nonphacoemulsification surgery

目的探讨过熟期白内障小切口非超声乳化摘除术的方法和疗效。方法选择过熟期白内障45例(50只眼),采用小切口非超声乳化摘除人工晶状体植入术式。结果患者术后视力恢复快,4周后趋于稳定。人工晶状体植入位置良好,并发症发生少。结论过熟期白内障的复明可采用小切口非超声乳化术摘除术治疗。

Objective Summary the reply clear＇s method and effect of the hypermature stage cataract＇ s small incision in nonphacoemulsification surgery . Methods Choose the hypermature stage cataract 45 cases （ 50 eyes ） , use small incision in nonphacoemulsification and intracular lens implantation （ IOL ） catarat surgery, observing the oecurrenc of its effect and operation complication. Results The sight recovery is quickly, tends to stable 4 weeks later ,intraeular lens implantation＇ s position was good, complication oceurrene was few. Conclusion Hypermature stage cataract reply clear should use small incision nonphaeoemulsifieation style.
