摘要
目的:探讨遮幅、亮度可调式高亮度医用观片灯的研制方法及其在影像识读系统中的影响。方法:精心设计了遮幅装置,实现观片灯的遮幅功能;合理地设计发光系统,提高发光源的发光效率,以提高观片灯的亮度;设计调光装置,使其亮度可调。结果:遮幅观片灯的亮度提高到8000lx以上,是现有观片灯亮度的10倍;对实验铝梯进行观察,可见24级,提高了识读效果;亮度可调,适用于对不同曝光密度的胶片进行阅读,消除了识读盲区;遮幅功能,消除了负效光对影像诊断质量的影响,使胶片的局部对比度相对提高,便于对病灶部位进行重点观察。结论:观片灯作为影像识读系统的重要组成部分,对影像识读系统有着重要的影响,使用遮幅式观片灯可使胶片上的影像信息得到充分显示,为提高诊断质量提供了可靠的保证,在QA、QC中有重要的价值。
Objective:To explore the deigning of the masked viewbox and its application in imaging reading. Methods:The masked apparatus was deigned in a way that the reading window of the viewbox was adjustable and so was the illuminating system.Results:The illuminance of the masked viewbox was over 8000 lx, 10 times that of the other viewbox. 24 grades on the image of X-ray film of sluminum step wadge were visible. Conclusion: Our masked viewbox can better show the imaging and it is of gread value in QA and QC.
