本文通过介绍我国有关信用证欺诈例外制度方面相关法律,结合我国司法实践现状,对我国在审理有关信用证欺诈案件中存在的问题进行较为详细的分析,并提出改进建议,以完善我国在信用证例外制度方面的立法和司法。

Based on the law related to credit card fraud exception system in China, and the status quo of judicial practice in China, the paper analyzed in detail the problems in the processing of credit card fraud cases, and made suggestions for improvement, to improve legislation and justice of the credit card exceptions system in China.
