摘要
采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对16个山杏无性系1年生枝皮的过氧化物酶POD及多酚氧化酶PPO同工酶进行了分析研究,并采用聚类分析法对其亲缘关系进行比较和分类。结果表明:POD同工酶共分离出13条酶带,其中P1、P2和P8为16个无性系所共有,且分离清晰,可作为山杏无性系的特征酶带;PPO同工酶分离出9条酶带,其中P1′、P2′和P6′分离清晰,为16个无性系所共有。
Peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in the peels of 16 Prunus sibiriea clones were studied by means of polyaerylamide gel slab eleetrophoresis. The relationships were eompared by elustering analysis methods. The results showed that: 13 peroxidases and 9 polyphenol oxidases were separated; P1, P2 and P8 in clones were similar and they were dearer and the particular enzyme bands; P1′, P:2′and P6′ were elearer and similar in clones.
