摘要 根据控制窑、磨系统风量和风压平衡的风机数量来分,原料粉磨及废气处理系统主要分为双风机系统与三风机系统。以5000t/d熟料生产线为例,详细介绍了双风机系统和三风机系统的工艺流程、风机配置;分别介绍了系统的风机配置情况;从工艺布置、生产操作、设备运行、投资大小及运行电耗等多角度,重点进行二种系统的对比分析。在此介绍-分析-对比的基础,作者对原料粉磨和废气处理系统提出了几点看法。 By the number of fan that controls the air quantity and air pressure balance in kiln and mill system, the raw material grind- ing system and the waste gas processing system at kiln back end was divided into double-fan system and three-fan system. Taking a 5000 t/d clinker production line for example, the author introduced in detail the technical process and fan allocation of the two kinds of fan system, and compared one systems with the other by technical allocation, production operation, investment and power con- sumption, On base of the comparsion, the author put forward opinions for the raw material grinding and waste gas processing system.
