摘要
以偏高岭土、石灰和石膏为主要原料,进行了无熟料和少熟料的白水泥试验研究。试验结果表明:(1)用偏高岭土、石灰和石膏三组份原料可以制得28d强度超过32.5MPa的无熟料白水泥,其最佳质量配比为:偏高岭土∶石灰∶石膏=50∶30∶20.(2)用偏高岭土、石灰、石膏和少量白水泥熟料四组份配料可以制得28d强度超过42.5MPa的少熟料白水泥,其中白水泥熟料掺量只要20%;基础原料——偏高岭土、石灰和石膏的相对质量配比为14∶3∶3。文章同时对白水泥强度增长特点、养护条件、耐水性进行了分析;研究了生石灰和熟石灰、生石膏和熟石膏对无熟料白水泥的强度影响差异,确定了最优石灰和石膏类型。
Use metakaolin, lime and limestone as main raw materials to produce clinker with few clinker or with no clinker. The re- sults show that it was feasible to produce white no-clinker cement whose 28day compression strength is 32.5 MPa with the three mate- rials, and the best proportion for metakaolin, lime and limestone is accordingly 50,30 and 20; and if adding 20% white cement clinker to the three raw materials, they can produce white cement with 42.5 MPa compression strength at age of 28day, mass proportion of metakaolin, lime and limestone is 14, 3 and 3. The paper also analysed the strength increasing, curing schedule and water resistance, studied the effect difference of quicklime, white lime, gypsum and calcined plaster to white no-clinker cement and affirmed the best lime and gypsum type.
