再探电除尘器的清灰(一)

摘要 解释了电场工作对振打清灰的要求,分析了清灰时的二次扬尘对电场工作参数的影响,探讨了电场清灰时对高压供电的需求以及电晕线在附灰情况下电场有效工作的途径,澄清了某些场合电场工作效率不高的原因未必是清灰振打不力等事实。指出在本体及电源选配合理的前提下,阴极有一定程度附灰对除尘效果可能带来有利的影响;阐述了电除尘器功能的有效发挥取决于振打机构的合理设计、振打制度的合理设置和二次扬尘的有效降低等多个方面。 The paper explained that the electric field needs shaking dedust, and analysed the effect of second dust development on the parameters of electric field work, then disscussed the demand of high voltage supply when the electric field was dedusting and the avenues to reach effective electric field working when corona wire was covered with dust, and showed that weak dedusting is not the only factor that make the electric field work low efficiency in some situation. In the end, the author pointed out that if the body and power supply cooperated right, some dust might bring benefit effect for dedusting efficiency, and stated that the effective function of electric deduster depends on many factors like appropriate design of shaking machine, reasonable shaking system and effective decrease of second dust develpment, etc,
