摘要
以二硫代酯为链转移剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在有机蒙脱土存在的情况下,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合法合成了纳米复合型聚(苯乙烯-b-丙烯酰胺)/蒙脱土(简称NCPSA)。从钻井液添加剂的角度评价了NCPSA的性能,结果表明该材料热稳定性好,降滤失效果显著,具有良好的抑制性能,并且它在高温下具有很好的抗盐、抗钙污染能力,呈现出更好的降滤失性能,是一种性能优良的抗高温降滤失剂。
Nanocomposite poly (styrene-b-acrylamide) / montmorillonite was synthesized by reversible addition- fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization in the presence of organically modified montmorillonite with dithioester being chain transfer agent and azodiisobutyronitrile being initiator. The properties of nanocomposite poly(styrene-b-acrylamide)/montmorillonhe were evaluated from the point of view of additives of drilling fluids. The results indicate that nanocomposite was an excellent filtration-reducing agent and good performance in high temperature. In addition, the characteristic of the nanocompos- ite is anti-salt and anti-calcium at high temperature, Nanocomposite with a better performance in controlling the filtration is a very good filtration control agent.
