膨胀波纹管技术现场试验综述及存在问题分析 被引量:33

摘要 详细介绍了俄罗斯膨胀波纹管技术在我国L7-71井、T3-8斜216井和T2-5-283井3口井的堵漏试验情况,并指出其存在可靠性低、施工工期偏长、成本偏高和工序复杂的缺点。而国内自行研究的膨胀波纹管技术在韦15-19井和T6182井2口井进行了现场试验并获得了成功,标志着我国在该技术领域获得突破。分析认为,膨胀波纹管技术要得到推广应用需要解决几方面的问题:准确确定封堵类型和地层,简化施工工艺,提高扩眼及膨胀工具的可靠性,降低膨胀管成本,制订相应的应急预案。 The field tests of Russian expandable bellow in three oil wells (L7-71, T3-8 and T2-5-283) and field tests of expandable bellow developed by China in two wells (Wei15-19 and T6182) were introduced in detail in this paper. It pointed out the problems existing in Russian bellows including low reliability, longer operation time, high cost and complicated operation procedures etc. The analysis indicates that the problems need to be solved for the purpose of expanding the use of expandable bellow developed by China including block type, accurate determination of the block section, simplifying operational procedure, improving reliability of reaming tools, reducing cost and making the associated emergency plans.
