Discriminate the Connotation of Fair and Justice

自古以来,公正与正义在其用法和取向上就有着一定的相似性。然而,公正与正义尽管有着内涵和价值取向的相似性,但却并不完全等同,公正是制度的基本价值取向,而正义则是制度的最高价值目标。两者不仅有内涵之别,在具体运用上也有差异。

Fair and justice are similar in the function and meaning since a long time ago. Some people think fair is justice, the former is usually used in the fields of politics , economics , law , social science and etc. from its meaning , it is reasonable and calm~ the last one is usually used in the moral field even in art culture field. From its meaning, it is perceptual and passionate. And other people think that fair and justice are similar in the meaning and in the valued connotation, but they are not equal. Fair is the basically valued connotation of system, however justice is the toppest value target of system.
