摘要
近年来,勘察设计市场的不断开放迫切要求勘察设计企业以现代化的管理技术提高管理水平,应对日益激烈的市场竞争。然而,在当前的公路勘察设计项目中,设计周期长、设计质量与过程难于控制是困扰交通勘察设计企业的一大难题。为此,针对交通勘察设计企业对现代项目管理的迫切需求和公路勘察项目的特点,借助IDEF0建模工具建立公路设计过程的功能模型,采用ESIA方法对公路勘察设计流程进行了分析和优化,提出了具体的优化方案,使其不仅符合ISO 9000的要求,而且尽可能减少了流程中大量不增值活动以及调整流程的核心增值活动。
In recent years, with the opening of roadway reconnaissance and design market, roadway reconnaissance and design enterprises have to face fiercer and fiercer competition. However, in roadway reconnaissance and design project, it is very difficult for roadway reconnaissance and design enterprises to control the design quality, period and process. Aiming at the urgent requirements and characteristics of the project, the roadway design process is studied and developed function models of the design process using IDEF0 method. Based on IDEF0 models, the design process was analyzed and optimized using ESIA technology of industrial engineering, which is in accordance to ISO 9000 and reduce many non-added-value services and adjust central addedvalue services.
