互通立交是高速公路的重要组成部分,是路与路之间连接的纽带,车辆进出均通过立交实现,其布局设计的合理性直接关系到公路的使用效率、安全程度、行车速度、运营费用和通行能力。因此,有必要采用定性与定量相结合的方式,对预测交通量与互通立交布局和设计的相关关系作一系统阐述,并提出相应的计算方法。

Interchange is an important part of the expressway system.It links different expressways and leads the vehicles entering or leaving the expressway.Thus,the layout and design of interchange are crucial.They relate to the expressway utility,safety,running speed,operation cost and expressway capacity.It is necessary to expatiate on the relationship among forecasted traffic volume,layout and design of interchange using the qualitative and quantitative methods,and develop a useful calculation method.
