3-碘代-2-炔丙基丁基氨基甲酸酯的合成

摘要 介绍了一种水相合成杀菌剂3-碘代-2-炔丙基丁基氨基甲酸酯的方法:以2-炔丙基-丁基氨基甲酸酯、碘为主要原料,水为溶剂,次氯酸钠为氧化剂进行反应,试验了温度、原料配比、时间等反应条件,得出了最佳工艺条件,所得产物含量≥98.5%,收率为90%~92%(以碘计)。 Fungicidal IPBC was prepared from PBC and iodine as raw materials, sodium hypochlorite as oxidant, and water as solvent. Many experiments were carried out in different conditions involving temperature, the ratio of raw material and reaction time. The results showed that the yield of IPBC was 90% to 92% and the purity was more than 98.5% under the best conditions.
