摘要
对民用船舶信息的管理是一项重要的工作,实现船舶信息管理的电子化,既减轻了管理人员的负担,又可以避免由于误操作而引起的错误。因此,对民用船舶数据库管理系统的开发和功能加以介绍,有助于其推广应用。
It has great significance to manage information of civil watercrafts. Realizing managements of the watercraft information at the aid of computer can both relieve the burden of personnel concerned and avoid some mistakes due to improper operation. As a result, it is beneficial to introduce something about development as well as function of the database management system of civil watercraft, and to expand its application further.
