A HPLC method for quantitative analysis of emamectin benzoate in the formulation of emamectin benzoate-diesel oil by Hypersil CN Column has been studied This method was linear and reproducible over the range of 1.25 μg to 20 μg analyte. The liner correlation was 0,999 9. The recoveries were ranged between 98% and 100.5%. The variation coefficient was less than 10%.
