双管程液体分布器的设计

摘要 随着蒸发的进行,料液浓度的增高,降膜管周边润湿量不足需要分程,即双管程(或多管程)进料,液体分布器在本效中不能按常规的结构进行设计,否则布料不均,降膜管底端结焦严重,产品质量会受到影响,清洗也困难,加密分布器上小孔,能够消除结焦,此方法经过应用效果良好。 With the processing of evaporation and the increase of the liquid concentration, the periphery of film dropping tube cannot wetted sufficiently, thus, the use of double tube sides is necessary. In this way, the liquid distributor cannot be designed in accordance with normal method, or else the liquid would not be well-distributed and scorch, which influence the quality of product and make cleaning difficult, would appear at the bottom of the tube. With the method of making the holes in distributor close, the scorch can be eliminated, which has been proved to have good effects.
