摘要 通过大量的有限元计算,得出了关于焊接支管之平面内、外应力增大系数,弥补了在d/D>0.75时,ASMEB31.3规范应力值偏小问题,为管道应力分析结果的真实、可靠提供少许帮助。 Through large amount of calculations based on finite element analysis, the stress intensification factors for welded branch inside and outside of the plane were obtained, which corrected the problem that the data given in B31.3 are at lower side in the ease that d/Di 〉 0.75. The data presented in this paper can be referenced in piping stress analysis to make the result more reliable.
