22例中晚期肝癌肝移植术前介入治疗

Clinical analysis of 22 cases underwent interventional treatment for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma before transplantation

目的探讨中晚期肝癌（HCC）肝移植术前介入治疗的意义。方法回顾分析2004年1月-2005年12月22例中晚期肝癌肝移植术前行介入治疗的临床资料。结果22例患者术后1年和2年无瘤生存率分别为68.2%和54.5%,1年和2年生存率分别为77.3%和58.9%。结论移植前辅以介入治疗可以作为肝移植术前的一种辅助选择。

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of interventional therapy in the management of patients undergoing liver transplantation for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods Twenty-two cases of advanced hepatocelluar carcinoma received preoperative interventional therapy and liver transplantaion during January 2004 to December 2005. The patients were followed up and data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 1- and 2-year overall survival rates were 77.3% and 58. 9%, respectively. The 1- and 2-year tumor-free survival rates were 68. 2% and 54. 5%, respectively. Conclusion The preoperative interventional therapy can be taken as a choice of assistant treatment in patients with advanced HCC.
