脂联素在终末期肾衰中的意义
摘要
脂联素具有降低血脂、增加胰岛素敏感性、抗炎和抗粥样硬化等作用,在终末期肾衰(ESRD)病人中显著增高。现就脂联素与影响ESRD病人生存质量的相关因素作一综述。
