颞侧透明角膜小切口治疗青光眼滤过术后白内障

Cataract Extraction After Glaucomo Filtering Surgery through Small-incision on the Temporal Clear cornea

目的 探讨颞侧透明角膜小切口治疗青光眼滤过术后白内障的临床效果及其优、缺点.方法 临床确诊的青光眼滤过术后白内障16例16眼,经颞侧透明角膜隧道式小切口行白内障摘除人工晶体植入术,观察手术效果、术后视力、眼压和术后眼部情况.结果 术后随访1～2年,术后视力均有不同程度的提高,眼压控制良好.手术并发症主要有角膜水肿、前房纤维素性渗出.结论 经颞侧透明角膜小切口治疗青光眼滤过术后白内障,时间短,术后恢复快,角膜散光轻,病人获得了有用的视力,是一种可供选择的手术方法.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and characters of cataract extraction after glaucomo filtering surgery through small-incision on the temporal clear cornea. Methods Cataract extraction and lens implantation were performed on 16 eyes （16 people） after glaucoma filtering surgery through small-incision on the temporal clear cornea. They were all followed-up for 1 -2 years. Results The postoperative visual acuity was improved in all 16 eyes. The IOP was well controlled. Its main operative complications were corneal endothelial edema or anterior chamber exudative fibrin. Conclusion The operotion of cataract extraction after glaucomo filtering surgery through small-incision on the temporal clear cornea has the advantages of short operation time, quick postoperative recovery, slight postoperative corneal astigmatism and the better recovered visual acuity, so this operative method is optional to patients with cataract after glamcoma filtering surgery.
