摘要
目的了解护士工作倦怠水平的现状及其与社会支持的相关因素,为对护士的工作倦怠干预提供帮助。方法采用中式工作倦怠量表(CMB I)和社会支持问卷(SRRS)对175名护士进行测试。结果护士轻度工作倦怠的检出率为69.1%,中度工作倦怠的检出率为34.3%,高度工作倦怠的检出率为4.0%;社会支持对护士的工作倦怠水平具有重要影响。结论应当重视护士的工作倦怠问题,并充分考虑社会支持对其工作倦怠的影响作用。
Objective To understand the actual level of job burnout among nurses and its relationship with social support, and to provide an aid for intervention of job burnout problem. Methods Maslach Burnout Invertory (CMBI) and Social Support Rating Scale (SRRS) were examined Chinese in 175 nurses. Results The results display that the prevalence of cases of slight burnout was 69. 1% , the prev- alence of cases of moderate burnout was 34.3% and the prevalence of cases of high burnout was 4.0%. The social supports of nurses affect their job burnout. Conclusion The importance should be attached to the job burnout problem of nurse, taking the social support into consideration.
