摘要
工程师与管理者的职业利益的不同,使得他们成为同一组织中两个范式不同的共同体,工程活动中技术决定和管理决定的矛盾问题便由此而生。对于这个问题,我们指出PED和PMD的区分是局限于组织内部的不完整的解决方案。工程技术固有的社会维度要求工程决策对社会开放,让公众参与解决问题。
The difference of professional interests between engineers and managers makes them fall into two distinctive paradigms in one organization, and the conflict between engineering decisions and management decisions thus emerges. To this issue, we argue that the delimitation between PED and PMD is a solution constrained in the organization, thus is not a thorough one. The inherent social dimension of engineering calls for the engineering decision-making process opening to our society, and letting public participate in the solution.
