Effect of Background of Examinee on Result of Psychological Counseling Qualification Examination

目的探讨心理咨询培训学员能否通过职业资格考试的影响因素。方法调查了参加职业资格考试学员的一般资料、培训的出勤情况和平时成绩,用瑞文测验测查学员的智力状况,艾森克个性问卷和卡特尔十六种个性因素问卷评估性格特点,A型行为问卷测定行为方式,爱德华个性偏好问卷检测心理需要,症状自评量表评定心理健康水平。结果通过与未通过资格考试的学员之间的性别、年龄、婚姻状况、职业、职称、居住地远近、出勤率、参加单元考次数、智力状况、性格特点、行为方式、心理健康水平无统计学意义,而学历、平时成绩、成就和省察心理需要的得分之间的差异有统计学意义。结论高学历、平时成绩好、低成就需要和高省察需要的学员较容易通过心理咨询师职业资格考试,心理咨询师职业资格考试具有良好的甄别选拔作用。

Objective To explore the effect of background of examinee on result of psychological counseling qualification examination. Methods To investigate the generally data, attendance, the score in normal time of the trainees to participation the qualification examination. Raven＇s Standard Progressive Matrices （SPA） was used to evaluate their intelligence state, Eysenek Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） and Cattell Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire （16PF） were used to study their personality trait, Type A Behavior Pattern Scale was used to evaluate their behavior pattern, Edward＇s Personal Preference Schedule （EPPS） was used to evaluate their psychological need, Symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） was used to evaluate their mental health. Results There were no significantly differences in sex, age, marital status, occupation, professional title, the distance of habitation, attendance, the number of unit exam, intelligence state, personality trait, behavior pattern and mental health between the trainees to passed the exam and not pass. Compared with the trainees to pass and not to pass the exam, school time, result in normal time, the scores of achievement and introspection have significantly differences. Conclusion The trainees who have more school time, higher score in normal time, lower scores of achievement and higher score of introspection can easier pass the psychological counseling qualification examination. The psychological counseling qualification examination was contribution to discriminate and pick out.
