摘要
通过锐钛型纳米TiO2在水性介质中的分散试验,解决了纳米TiO_2在水性介质的团聚问题,并研究了各因素对纳米TiO_2水悬浮液稳定性的影响,通过正交试验筛选出最佳分散工艺为:100mL水性介质中731分散剂0.5g,偶联剂硅烷1.5mL,纳米TiO_20.5%(质量分数),pH值为7.5。将分散后的纳米TiO2浆料加入到普通水性苯丙乳液涂料中,并加入各种助剂,配制出了水性纳米TiO2涂料。对所配制涂料的性能测试结果表明,改性涂料的漆膜柔韧性和附着力提高,光泽、流平性、耐水性、耐碱性和耐擦洗性均优于普通涂料。
The agglomeration problem of nanoscale TiO2 particulates in water was resolved based on a series of dispersion tests of anatase TiO2 therein.The effects of various factors on the dispersion stability of nanoscale TiO2 in water were investigated,and the optimized process for the dispersion was established making use of orthogonal test.Moreover,the nano-TiO2 slurry was placed into a waterborne latex to prepare waterborne nano-TiO2 paint in the presence of various auxiliary agents,and the performance of the coating was investigated.As the results,it was suggested to disperse the TiO2 particulates in 100 mL of waterborne medium containing dispersant 0.5 g,silane coupling agent 1.5 mL at a nano-TiO2 mass fraction of 0.5% and pH value of 7.5.The coating prepared from the modified paint had good toughness and adhesion to substrate,while its lustre and resistance to water,alikali,and scuffing were better than that of the conventional coating.
