3-DOF并联机器人程控驱动电源研制

摘要 压电陶瓷驱动电源是压电陶瓷应用中的重要部件。采用分立元件组成高压放大电路,结合16位SPCE061A单片机,利用软件做数字式半闭环控制,研制开发了3自由度(3-DOF)并联机器人用压电陶瓷驱动器驱动电源,并介绍了驱动电源的组成及工作原理。通过软件算法实现了电源高精度可程控的设计目标,弥补了放大单元及压电陶瓷特性上的缺陷。 The PZT power driver is an important part of the PZT's application, this paper develops a 3-DOF planar parallel Robot PZT power driver system. It is based on a high voltage AMP which made from independent ele ments and combined with the SPCE061A MCU. The system is digital half-closed-loop. The constitution and the principle are introduced. The power driver system has high precision and can be controlled by programs. It covers the characteristic shortage of the AMP and the PZT.
