摘要
分析了蜂窝纸板的缓冲性能。以电饭锅为例,采用蜂窝纸板作为缓冲材料进行缓冲设计,即结构设计、尺寸设计、缓冲衬垫的校核等,最后进行了防振设计。设计结果表明,蜂窝纸板用于小型家用电器的缓冲包装是可行的。
The cushioning property of honeycomb board was analyzed. The packaging design of electric cooker was introduced, which included structure design, dimension design, vibration-proof design, and cushioning pad checkout. The result indicated that it is feasible to use honeycomb board as cushioning matefial for the small household electrical appliances.
