摘要
经皮椎体成形术是一种微侵害,在X线影像的导引下将骨水泥注射到结构弱化的椎体以增强其生物力学稳定性的介入治疗方法。本文综述了基于影像特征的经皮椎体成形术建模和仿真计算的临床意义和研究现状以及相关进展,并对其进行了分析和评价。在此基础上提出了进一步研究的初步设想并进行了预期分析。
Percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) is a minimally invasive, radiologically guided procedure whereby bone cement is injected into structurally weakened vertebrae to provide added biomechanical stability. In this paper, we summarized the clinical significance of the work about modeling and simulating based on medical image for percutaneous vertebroplasty, and the current research status and evolution which were analyzed and assessed later. Finally, the primary prospect of further research was proposed.
