65家超市量化分级管理效果分析

Analysis on effect of QSA management to 65 supermarkets

目的通过对照大、中型超市实行量化分级管理前后的各单位风险等级和卫生监督频次的变化情况。评价一年来量化分级管理的实施效果。方法分别于2004-2005年对泰州市65家大、中型超市同时进行卫生许可与经常性量化分级评分，运用SPSS10．0软件对调查数据进行统计学分析。结论量化分级管理前后65家大、中型超市风险性分级发生了明显变化，卫生许可指标和经常性监督指标也都发生了变化，各单位卫生状况明显改善。卫生监督频次减少。

Objective Assess performance at practice QSA on supermarketes with comparison the risk level of corporation and frequency of hygienic supervision between before and after implementation of QSA. Method 65 supermarketes were scored at the both of hygienic admission quantitative index and usual healthy supervision quantitative index during last month in 2004 and 2005, All date were analyzed by SPSS 10.0. Conclusion Through execution of QSAjsignificent improvement occurred at 63 supermarketea in the risk level and the both of hygienic admission quantitative index and usual healthy supervision quantitative index. The hygiene conditions have been made progress. Frequency of hygienic supervision decreased obviously.
