医务室对高血压病人实行综合管理的评估

目的采用系统的、多途径的健康教育方式,探讨基层医务室对高血压病人实行综合管理,有效控制高血压病对病人的困扰,提高高血压病人的生命、生活质量。方法对96名高血压病人群进行健康保健知识教育和系统的治疗指导,对干预前后情况进行对比研究。结果经健康保健知识教育和系统的治疗指导,高血压病患症状缓解或得到有效控制(P<0.01)。结论高血压患者进行系统的健康教育及让患者掌握科学、合理的自我管理方法,对控制高血压,减少心脑血管并发症的发生至关重要。

Objectives To take the responsibility to give comprehensive treatment and education for high blood pressure patients, unit clinic provide informations for them to improve the conditions of the illness. Method Based on statistics and analysis of 96 cases, the clinic compares the conditions before and after the intervention. Result Education counts distinctively and knowledge popularizes. Clinic effect is certain. Conclusion It is significance to control the disease by constant checkups and treatment, so that strokes and heart attacks can be prevented in advance. In daily administrations, working unit clinics have the advantages over hospitals and the role they play can never be replaced.
