配电系统可靠性评估实用方法的研究

摘要 提出一种新的区域节点定义方法,并基于广度优先搜索法构造复杂配电系统等效模型,采用区域节点行向量法进行配电系统可靠性评估。首先给出区域节点的定义,运用广度优先搜索算法将网络等效为由区域节点和开关元件组成的模型,然后根据区域节点行向量评估负荷点及系统的可靠性指标。在该模型和算法中,区域节点的定义使区域划分更直接有效,其形成算法以支路为对象,操作简单,网络适应性强;利用新的区域节点行向量进行可靠性评估,便于考虑开关装置故障的影响,使其更具实用性。通过对RBTS算例和某实际10 kV配电系统的评估以及对现有分区方法的比较,证明了该模型和算法在简化网络提高运算速度上有明显优势,在适应网络结构变化方面具有较好的鲁棒性。 A new method to define zone node is proposed, the equivalent model for complex distribution system is constructed based on the concept of Breadth First Search, and zone node vector algorithm is adopted to evaluate the reliability of distribution system. The definition of zone node is introduced firstly, and the Breadth First Search is used to constitute the network with the zone nodes and switches. Then the reliability indices of load points and system are calculated by zone node vector algorithm. In this model, the proposed method is more direct and efficient to obtain the zone - network using the definition and the algorithm of zone node. The method is concerned with the branches in network, so it is simple and easy to calculate and its application is flexible too. Taking the influences of switches into account, the zone node vector algorithm is more practical. Using the algorithm to evaluate the RBTS system and comparing it with the existing method, the results show that the proposed algorithm has an obvious advantage in simplifying the network and saving time, and it is feasible in adapting the variety of networks.
