SO_2 Control System of 300 MW CFB Boiler

环境保护是大型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的一个关键任务。以四川白马示范电站从法国ALSTOM公司引进的国内首台300 MW CFB锅炉为例,介绍了大型循环流化床锅炉的脱硫原理、石灰石制备系统、石灰石加入系统及SO2控制系统等,以及在调试期间遇到的问题及处理方法。实践证明,300 MW CFB锅炉的污染物排放完全满足环保要求。

Environmental protection is one of the key tasks of the large circulating fluidized bed （CFB） boiler. Taking the first 300MW CFB boiler imported from Alstom of France in Sichuan Baima Demonstration Power Plant for example, the desulphurization principle, limestone preparing system, limestone injection system and SO2 control system of 300MW CFB boiler are introduced, and the problems occurring in the commissioning test and its treatment procedures are presented. The practice proves that the pollutant discharge of 300MW CFB boiler has satisfied the requirements of environmental protection.
