摘要
随着发电机单机容量的增加,定子绕组端部受到的两倍频电磁力随之增大。如果定子绕组端部的固有频率接近100 Hz、振型为椭圆时最为严重。巴蜀江油电厂2×330 MW发电机系引进法国阿尔斯通机组,于1989年投产,运行至今已有15余年,有必要对发电机进行定子绕组端部振动模态试验。因此,介绍了发电机端部振动模态的试验方法及330 MW发电机的应用情况。
The electromagnetic force with double frequency on the end of generator stator winding will increase along with the increase of generator capacity per unit, especially when the natural vibration frequency on the end of stator winding reaches 100Hz and the vibration modal is ellipse. The 2 × 330MW generator units in Bashu Jiangyou Power Plant were imported from French ALSTOM, and they has been in operation for 18 years since they was put into service in 1989, so the vibration modal test on the end of stator winding is necessary for these two generators. The test method for vibration modal on the generator end is introduced as well as the application of 330 MW generator.
