摘要 对IHIR636摆式飞剪进行了扭矩、应力等测试和分析,对上刀架进行了有限元计算。结果表明:飞剪机力能参数计算时,必须考虑剪切时的冲击载荷的影响;冲击载荷的影响用动载系数K2表示,其值为K2=1.65~2.8左右;剪切速度高时,取大值;板厚时,取小值。上刀架具有足够的强度裕量,能够满足产品规格多样化和高强度钢生产的需要;上刀架整个结构体现了等强度设计观点。 The torques and stresses of IHIR636 flying shear were measured in the field and analyzed; Finite element calculation was carried out for the upper blade frame. The results indicate that the im-pacting phenomenon must be taken into account in the calculation of shearing force, which had been usually neglected. The influence on the calculation of shearing force can be presented as a dynamic load coefficient K2, K2≈ 1.65-2.8. The higher the shearing speed the greater the coefficient K2; the thicker the strip steel, the smaller the coefficient K2. The upper blade frame possesses suffi-cient strength preservation and can meet the demand of production development. The whole structure of the upper blade frame embodies the thought of uniform strength design.
