摘要
介绍了一种工业控制领域颇具发展前景的热点技术——现场总线,提出了一种基于CAN总线在故障诊断及远程服务系统的网络结构,并对系统的总体、硬件、软件设计及安装调试设计开发进行了详细的研究。利用CAN总线的突出优点解决了BITBUS网络和RS-485网络等无法解决的问题。该系统已应用于实践,效果良好,达到了设计时的功能要求,完全可以满足实际的需要。
Introduces a new promising technology in the Industry Control Area ——Fieldbus. A network structure based on CAN Bus used in malfunction diagnosis and on remote service is presented. Detailed research on the system is carried out on the overall design, hardware, software, the installat'ion and the debugging. The problem, which can not be solved by BITBUS and RS-485 network, is now solved by CANBuss which has standout advantages. This system has been put to use. And the result shows that it can totally meet the demand of the application.
