摘要
在充分利用ANSYS热流耦合计算功能的基础上,结合火焰筒壁面温度数值分析的特点,采用参数化设计语言APDL和用户界面设计语言UIDL对ANSYS进行二次开发,提出了以外部程序生成ANSYS宏命令并对宏命令进行封装的方式实现与ANSYS的数据交换,充分利用了ANSYS强大的求解功能,实现了火焰筒壁温数值模拟计算过程的自动化。并以火焰筒的气膜板冷却计算为例进行分析,计算结果与实验数据吻合良好,验证了系统的可行性。证实了以ANSYS为平台开发火焰筒壁温分析系统获得成功。
On the basis of fully using heat-flow coupling calculation of ANSYS ,connecting with numerical analysis feature of combustor wall's temperature produce and packet macro order can make external program by second development of ANSYS with APDL and UIDL solution function of ANSYS and contribute to the automatic of combustor wall .And through analysis of film cooling feasibility and successful temperature analysis system of , a method that external program is able to be able to exchange information with ANSYS language ,and perfectly utilize the powerful computation process on temperature analysis board as a example, the good result co combustor wall by deve ment based on ANSYS.
