摘要
从材质和结构两方面分析研究循环流化床锅炉碎煤机锤头和筛板磨损机理,针对磨损的主要原因进行材质和结构的改进,从而提高碎煤机的破碎效率,延长锤头的寿命,减少硬度大的大颗粒燃料在破碎机内留存时间。
It anylyses and researches the mechanical wearprinciple of the head of hammer and the screen plate, from the material and structure, for the coal crusher of CFB. Aiming at the main wear cause, the improvement is there on the material and structure, therely increasing the crushing efficiency, extending the service life of the head of hammer, reducing the remain time of the big hard coal particulates in the crusher, reforming and optimizing the grade scale of the crushed coal particulates.
