摘要
简要介绍了全自动金属夹芯复合板生产线的生产流程及控制组成,着重讨论了复合机组生产速度的同步调节及成品切割机的工作方式控制。实践证明,利用PLC和触摸屏完成复合板生产线的自动控制,操作便利,电气线路简单,控制可靠性高。
The technological process of production and control constitution of the automatic compounded sheet metal production line are introduced briefly. The synchronous speed regulation and finish cutter control are discussed in detail. It＇s demonstrated that the operation is easy, the circuit is simple and the reliability is high by using PLC and HMI to realize the automatic control of the production line.
