摘要
以某立式电机为原型,建立了电机定子的真实三维实体模型,用有限元方法建立了动力学分析模型。在MSC.Nastran环境下,进行了定子的模态仿真分析,研究了其固有振动特性,得到了定子前6阶固有频率和振型。进行了定子的模态试验,试验数据与仿真分析结果对比表明,两种方法结果接近。研究成果既反映了电机的动力学性能,又为电机的动态特性分析奠定了基础。
A reality 3D model was made based on a vertical motor's stator and kinetic model was made by the mean of finite element analysis. The modal simulation was carried on by using MSC. Nastran. By principles of model analysis ,natural frequency, model stiffness and dangerous location were gained. The simulation was proved by modal experiment. The research results not only reveal the kinetic capability, but also afford a base of the analysis for dynamic character.
