基于图像格式转换的数字图像压缩研究

Research on Digital Image Compression Based on Image Format Conversion

对数字图像压缩方法进行研究,利用Delphi设计一个数字图像压缩系统,该系统能够把BMP图像转换成JPEG图像,并且能够按照用户的要求对数字图像进行压缩。实验结果表明,该系统能够达到较高的压缩比。

Researches on the method of digital image compression, designs a digital image compression system by using Delphi. The system can convert a BMP bitmap to a JPEG image and compress a digital image in terms of user＇s requirement. Experiment shows that the system has higher compression ratio.
