摘要 介绍合肥数字水务暨防汛指挥系统的设计,系统综合应用地理信息系统、全球定位系统、遥感、宽带网络、多煤体及虚拟仿真等技术,建立数据、网络、应用三大平台,实现了水雨情信息、多媒体信息、文献资料及灾情信息的数字化管理和网络办公,为洪水调度、灾情分析、水资源优化配置及防汛救灾,提供了科学依据。 Introduces the design of Hefei digital water affairs and flood control command system in details. The system applies several kinds of techniques comprehensively, such as geographic information system, global positioning system, remote sensing, multimedia and virtual simu- lation and so on. It establishes three platforms, data, network, application, which provides services for information digitized management and on includes line work in the aspects of water and rain information, multimedia information, literature material and disaster information, and it supplies the science basis for dispatching flood, analyzing disaster and distributing water resource with the way of optimizing.
