摘要
根据循环流化床锅炉的动态特性,并结合实际工艺过程,提出一种单元机组汽压全系数自适应控制系统,给出了被控对象在50%~100%负荷间的特征参数值及数学模型。采用“空气-床温”反系统,避免对空气量的直接测量,并实现汽压与床温的解耦控制。现场运行证明,该系统具有较好的控制效果。
A kind of all coefficient adaptive control system is being proposed for steam pressure of block units, based on the dynamic behavior of circulating fluidized bed boilers. Values of characteristic parameters of the control object, between 50% to 100% rated output, together with the object' s mathematical model are given. The necessity of measuring air flow, in a direct manner, is avoided by the application of an "air-bed temperature" reverse system, realizing decoupled control of steam pressure and bed temperature. On-site operation has proven the system of having rather good control properties.
