This paper adopts the theory of two port networks to simplify the sinusoidal oscillating circuit into no power two port networks and describes it with parameter of two port networks. According to this theory the paper analyses the oscillating condition and steadiness of the sinusoidal oscillating circuit This means can also be applied to other electronic circuits analysis.
