摘要
针对汽轮机转子温度场的在线求解问题,给出了克兰克-尼科尔森差分计算模型。并通过仿真试验及与有限元结果的比较,验证了该模型的正确性。该方法可直接用于汽轮机转子温度场的在线计算,具有数据处理实时、准确、稳定性好、通用性强等特点。
Aiming at the problem of on-line calculation to the temperature field for turbine rotor, the Crank-Nicolson finite-difference calculation model was given. Through the emulation and the comparison with the result of finite element method, the validity of the model was verified. This method in the paper can be used directly in on-line calculation of temperature field of the rotor. Moreover; it has the advantages of dealing with data fast and accurately, and the stability of the calculation is performed well.
