摘要
针对微型轴承检验效率低,误差大的现状,依据电子称重原理,利用PIC单片机为核心控制部件,设计了一种新型装置,实现微型轴承在加工中的自动分拣,提高了分拣效率和分拣准确性。
In order to overcome low eflieieneies and high error in checking miniature bearing, a new device is designed to realize automatic sorting based on the principle of electron weighing, adopting PIC as core part, which improve sorting efficiency and correctness.
