铁路运输业的生产率变动及其影响因素分析

An Analysis on Change of Productivity in Railway Transportation Department and Its Influencing Factors since Reform

首先对１９８０～１９９３年我国铁路运输业的生产率变动进行详细考察。在把铁路运输业ＴＦＰ变动的原因概括为宏观经济环境因素、制度创新因素和技术创新因素的基础上，应用生产函数方法建立起ＴＦＰ与这些因素之间的函数关系，并具体测算了它们各自对ＴＦＰ增长所作的贡献份额。

The change of productivity(1980～1993) in the railway transportation department is carefully discussed at first.On the basis of owing the change of total factor productivity(TFP) to the macro economic environment factor,and the institutional and technical innovation factors,the functional relation between the TFP and these factors is established by means of the production function method,and the contribution shares of these factors on TFP growth are actually measured.Finally,a few of brief criticism on above conclusions are given.
