新型淀粉粘合剂的研制及其应用

Preparation of new starch adhesive and its application

考查了淀粉酸性氧化阶段和糊化阶段的各个工艺参数对制品性能的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。研制了新型多用途淀粉粘合剂,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明,新型淀粉粘合剂综合性能优于一般淀粉粘合剂,它不仅适用于纸箱、纱管等纸品的粘合,还可用作对外观要求较高的内墙涂料用粘合剂。

A new versatile starch adhesive was prepared and the properties of the prepared starch adhesive were also studied. The effect of process parameters during starch acid oxidating and gelatinizing on the product properties was examined and the optimum process conditions were determined. The results showed that the new starch adhesive has more excellent performance than general starch adhesive. The new starch adhesive is not only used for paper products, such as corrugated box ,textile spool etc. ,but also suited for the applications in which the requirement of appearance is higher,such as internal wall coating material etc.
