摘要
将弹性直杆理论应用于高圆簧(加橡胶垫),提出了一种高圆簧(加橡胶垫)水平向刚度的计算方法。通过实验验证,理论计算值和实验结果相当吻合。采用此方法可在设计阶段预测它的水平向刚度,为动力学性能计算提供参数。
By applying the theory of elastic rectilinear rod to the flexicoil springs with rubber pads,a predicting method for transversal stiffness of the flexicoil springs with rubber pads is advanced and experimentally validated .The experimental results fully confirm the theoretical prediction.This method can be used in the design of the spring to predict its transversal stiffness,thus providing parameters for the prediction of dynamic performance.
