摘要
针对现有知识管理系统的缺陷,结合最佳实践管理的特点,以及知识的社会化、外在化、组合化、内在化螺旋动态转化过程,利用本体论的概念,构建了一个最佳实践知识管理系统框架。介绍了系统的特点、组成和关键技术。该系统以可扩展标置语言加资源描述框架加本体论(XML+RDF+ontology)来描述信息语义,知识管理过程包括知识储存、知识处理、知识使用和知识更新,关键技术有知识地图、知识仓库、知识标签和智能搜索引擎等。该系统在广州供电局得到推广应用,效果良好。
In view of the defects of existing knowledge management system, combined with the characteristics of optimal practice management as well as the spiral change of knowledge in socialization, externalization, combination and internalization, a framework of optimal practice knowledge management system was constituted based on ontology. The features, composition and key techniques of the system are presented in this paper. The system uses extensible markup language, resource description framework and ontology（XML ＋ RDF ＋ ontology） to describe information semantic, its knowledge management comprising knowledge storing, processing, using and renewing, its key techniques including knowledge map, base, label and intelligent search engine, etc. The system has been applied in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau successfully.
