Analysis and Measures of the Manufacturing Technique for Tracklayer's Arm and Frant-Back Gantry

对DPK32型铺轨机两大关键结构件机臂和前后龙门的制造工艺进行分析，根据铺轨机生产数量少的特点，提出确保机臂和前、后龙门达到设计技术标准要求的工艺措施。试制样机的机臂和前、后龙门经一年多使用，质量稳定可靠。

In this paper, the manufacturing technique of the two key elements(arm and front-back gantry)of DPK32 tracklayer is analized. The technique measures of ensuring the arm and front-back gantry to meet technical design standard requirements are put forward according to the charscteristic of small production amount of the tracklayer. The arm and front-back gantry of sample tracklayer is ofgcod quality standing the time test of more than one year.
